I barely listen to the news anymore. I am really turned off by all of the hoopla over bankrupt companies, embezzlement, bad economy, bad this, bad that.
My idea is to use the law of attraction, and begin to turn this country around! I think there should be a “Good News” TV station. WGDN or GDNTV or something like that. The news media has pounded crap into our heads for so long, we believe everything they say. How about some great stories on the Good News Station? Stories about all the great things people have invented or ideas or accomplishments. Wouldn’t that be something? We could start reporting all parts of the world experiencing great weather, bumper crops, and new discoveries. What about the hard working engineers developing different things to meet the needs of others? Then there are those whose accomplishments surpass the average. Not just in academics but in all walks of life. There are lots of people who day in and day out put themselves in service to others and never ask for reward. They just do it because it’s the right thing to do.
Let’s begin looking at the blessings we still have in this country (While we still have them). The shelves in the grocery store are full. We have fresh meat, fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, you name it, in America we can buy it. There are enough jobs for everyone. What’s happened lately is a wake-up call for us to reevaluate our skills and talents and begin getting back to our God given gifts. We still have free speech and the big one-we are free to worship as we wish or not.
So I say let’s start broadcasting Good News and as the law of attraction is a fair weather friend, more good news is sure to come!
