Spirituality is in each of us.  Even the most violent killer or evil person carries this spirituality.  The truth is that it has been written on each of our hearts.  It is a part of our DNA of which scientists cannot see.  The difference between those that violate the human experience, and those that don’t, is in how we’ve chosen to stay connected to our Infinite Intelligence.

It is most encouraging then, that as our world shifted out of control in a me, me, me, atmosphere, we spiral down finally looking up and letting God know we need Him.  When we can no longer rely on ourselves or others, it is God that we look to for answers.

It is of utmost importance to set aside time for the renewing of your spirit.  This can come through prayer, meditation, in song, in acknowledging a birds beautiful song.  Each person has to determine his own spiritual journey.  These journeys are from conception to expiration.  Many paths may be explored.  Remember that if something doesn’t feel right to you, it probably isn’t for you.  It can also mean that you’re not ready for that path.

It is a wise person that will seek a mentor regarding their journey.  It is not uncommon to have many along the way.  The ultimate goal is simply to come to the point where you know that you know that all is well within you and that no one can disturb your peace.
